The 185Nm in ‘Hard mode’ offers enough power to fasten bolts up to M16 whilst the ‘Soft mode’ provides 50Nm to reduce material surface damage and avoid stripping screw heads at smaller diameters such as M8. The compact brushless motor design and electronic switch reduce heat build up extending working life whilst the 1/2” square drive fitting saves front end size and weight improving operator comfort and balance in operation.
