Makita BTW251RFE Lithium-Ion 18V Impact Wrench
Makita impact tools continue to provide ever increasing levels of tightening torque whilst the tools themselves get smaller and lighter!
The latest 1⁄2 inch square-drive model, the BTW251RFE, delivers a stunning 230Nm maximum fastening torque yet weighs just 1.7kg and measures a tiny 165mm from front tip of socket drive to rear of motor housing. This amount of torque is greater than the tightening torque setting for the wheel nuts on a 3.5tonne truck!
Powered by the latest Lithium-ion advanced battery cells they provide long-lasting power, anytime charging and a 40% weight saving.The handle design, coupled with the light Li-ion battery makes this a very well balanced service tool. The operation trigger is easy to reach as is the forward/reverse control. An LED job light is trained from the body onto the socket drive and a phosphorescent collar around the nose of the body makes the tool easier to locate in a dark workplace.
